Say goodbye to wrinkles in 2018

If stemming the signs of aging skin is one of your New Year’s resolutions for 2018, a Wrinkle Reducing Treatment could be just what you’re looking for.

One of the most popular procedures we offer, this specialist treatment reduces the appearance of the lines and wrinkles that appear as we age, helping to clear imperfections such as frown marks, forehead lines and crow's feet.

The procedure is completely non-surgical and offers a simple, safe and speedy way to reduce signs of aging that is painless and leaves no visible signs of treatment having taken place.

How does it work?

Our Wrinkle Reducing Treatment is a short procedure that, wholly depending on how many areas you wish to be treated, should be complete within ten to fifteen minutes.

A very small amount of a skin relaxant is injected into precise parts of the face, assuring that impulses from the nerves around that area to the tiny facial muscles that help contribute to wrinkles are blocked. The ultimate effect is that the muscles cannot contract and instead begin to relax, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Although the procedure does not require anaesthetic, some patients do ask that the target area be numbed using a cold pack or local anaesthetic cream.

Are there any side-effects?

The relaxant simply allows the muscles around the face to relax, so facial expressions will appear the same as always, but without wrinkles and creases between your brows. There maybe small risk of bruising at the injection sites which if occurs will resolve in 2-3 days.

How long will results last for?

The treatment usually takes between two days and a fortnight to take full effect, but the resulting appearance of smoother, natural and more youthful looking skin can last for a long as 4 to 6 months.
